  Just one genre of music was playing. They should had a mix of music genre playing. My French fries was cold. But the Wi-Fi was OK, it goes out & in.

  I just left the Beacon St. Burger King for the 5th time in the past 4 weeks. I have not gotten food from there yet. I was so upset! 2 times I have walked in ant the people were rude, to each other and to customers. 3 time I have been through the drive thru. Once 2 employees standing out the back door laughing, smoking and playing on Thierry phones while I sat at the menu board for 15 minutes and I just drove off. The 2 other times I sat in line for 25 minutes and seen 2 cars get their order taken. I finally just drove off again. The store needs serious management improvements. If it was mine I would fire them all and start over!
