  i just purchase 2 full meals from the laurel arbys, and had two coupons to use with a purchase of a full meal. They did not give me the the items that the coupons were for, a loaded curly fry and onion ring, and i did not notice until i got to where i was going. I called them and explained the situation and he apologized and asked could i come back to get my items, i said yes. When i got there, he then proceeded to tell me that i do not get both items because i didnt get 2 meals. I did actually get 2 meals, a chicken strip meal with a water to drink and a french dip meal with a water to drink, and mind you, we were charged the meal price. his argument was that it wasnt a full meal since i ordered water and therefore i didnt get both couponed items. WHATEVER. If you charge me for a meal, i got a dang meal. Well i told him since i couldnt get the item to give me coupon back, his response "i through it away already" ........ so now i have no coupon, no onion rings, and he slammed the window in my face. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

  Great food, reasonable prices, the store is usually clean.
  I would give 5 stars if the cashiers would be friendly, smile &/or greet/acknowledge you in a reasonable time limit.
